Our properties usually make 2x-3x of the revenue that you will get on the Long Term Rental Lease.

You will need to sign a standard agreement to allow us to handle your properties, in accordance to your city regulations.

Yes, we help with bookkeeping and tax submissions

We are flexible according to your preferences however, we have found that allowing pets with some pre-screening and right measures in place help improve business revenue.

We will provide you access to a live dashboard and calendar so that you can see which reservations were made and how much money you have made at any given time.

All the money will come into our operating business account and we will send your payouts each month by 5th of the following month after taking out our commissions or expense reimbursements. We share detailed reports and live dashboard access.

Each city has their own regulations for STR and we will help you obtain those permits.

It usually takes about 2 weeks to 1 month to setup everything for your property and get it ready for the Short Term Rental Space. Our on-ground team works closely with home owners to get the property ready.

If you’re already operating on Airbnb and have a listing, we will not use that listing and will create a new listing under our company name. This helps us do a fresh start for your property and avoid any negative reviews on old listings.

We will provide you calendar access to enable owner stays and direct bookings. However, we have a 24/7 Support for our clients available and can help you with reserving your home for yourself or the family over the phone or text message.

This is a really important question to ask because the amenities you provide really define if you want to earn average rental money or want to attract guests who are looking for an exquisite place. We provide a list of standard amenities and our interior design team can help with what you exactly need.

We provide a hassle free service which means you don’t have to be involved at any time however, if there’s an emergency and you are available nearby, we may require your assistance however, our on ground team usually provides support for any emergencies.

If you have an existing preferred vendor, we can work with them or we have our contractors that we can use.

We have a preferred list of vendors that we currently work with. For property repairs that are connected to the building itself, we will get your approval before completing the repairs. For Cleanings, we have industry standard cleaning practises and your house will be cleaned after every guest stay.

In addition to the general liability insurance, our programme includes a property insurance for any damages or claims including damages to the furniture, household items and other amenities in the property.

If you have a professional photographer, you can provide us the pictures or you can hire our services to get your property ready for the Short Term Rental marketplace. We highly discourage photos taken from a cell phone.

It depends on the condition of your property, usually 10-15 thousand dollars is a good investment to get your property ready.

If you are not satisfied with the service or have decided to move into a different direction, you can provide us a 2 months notice. This notice period helps us make sure any future reservations are taken care of as most reservations are usually booked within next 1-2 months.

BVPI is owned and operated by two business partners, Sylvia the CEO of the company is local to California and has vast experience in the long term and short term rental management. The Operations Partner, Moonis has several years of experience handling back-office operations for STR businesses all around the world including US, Canada, Germany, Spain and Australia.
